I'm a wife and mother who is inspired by love, nature, and thoughtful details. I find great joy in creating and capturing connection and beauty wherever I go.

I'm Monica
My journey as a photographer started in 2018 as I documented my travels around the world and planned my own destination wedding in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. With over 20 countries visited, my camera quickly became a travel essential.
I went from capturing country after country to one milestone after another. A great appreciation and passion for family & motherhood photography was born, and so was Monica Miranda Photography.
I believe in celebrating each of life's special moments and grand adventures by photographing you and your loved ones in a way that is authentic, exciting, and full of joy.
As a wife and mother of two (twins!) with over a decade of experience working with children and in project management, you can count on me to think through every detail, handle challenging situations with great patience + grace, and lead a bespoke experience, making your dream family photography a reality.

Family trips to a new National Park or beach including the Smoky Mountains, The Bahamas, and the rural side of Mexico.

Spending time outdoors in nearby parks, gardens, or taking a long bike ride around the neighborhood.
